A little blurry, and dark...LOL
but too cute of the brothers together

Gunther is the happiest, most mellow PD kitten :)

At the moment, this little Peterbald is what we call a velour coat.

photo 3/29 |

Yes, I am fully aware that I am bias, but this is a fine little Peterbald!
photo 3/29 |

photo 3/29 |

photo 3/29 |

The Peterbald is supposed to be long through the legs, tail, head, and body - the look is referred to as a 'foriegn body type'.
photo 3/29 |

photo 3/29 |

Gunther is not as hairless as his brothers yet, but I do hope that he will still end up that way as an adult cat.
photo 3/22 |

Proud Papa PD and kitten :)
photo 3/22 |

I never can seem to pass up the piles of Peterbalds that constantly fill these beds!
photo 3/22 |

These two PDs are both excellent in type, and I look forward to seeing how they grow!!
photo 3/22 |

I am still seeing what I like in this boy for the most part. Too bad both of the best 'type' kittens in this litter are BOYS!
photo 3/22 |

His eye looks SO much better. It should continue to improve with time, as well, but you wouldn't know he'd had an injury to his eye so young
photo 3/22 |

His eyes are starting to turn green a little later than usual... That should mean that he will have a little better, clearer green (not so close to gold) eye color.
photo 3/22 |

photo 3/22 |

The long, blunt wedge shaped head, with a good, strong chin is the ideal for the Peterbald cat

What a little nut :)

Bo just wants to be a momma kitty, too!!
What a riot ;)

Guinness is on the left, then Gabriel in the center, and Gunther is on the right

Guinness was too sleepy, and Gunther was way too fired up for a photo shoot!!
photo 2/24 |

He has a wonderfully refined body and very nice boning for his age
photo 2/24
|

This little Peterbald is the least hairless kitten in the litter, but I do think that he will end up shammy/suede, possibly with some residual fur points.
Sorry, my colors are a little funny this week~ photo 2/14 |

The length of Gunther's head is excellent, and he is very refined for his age.
As long as his profile continues to straighten as he grows as I expect it to, he will be one beautiful Peterbald boy! |

I like these guys:)
Gunther is on the left in this photo as well as the photo to the left.

Here we are, fresh out of his very first bath!
All 3 of the boys took it very, very well :)

As his head grows, his profile is straightening nicely

See, I had the flu this week, and everyone wanted to be on the couch with me! |

No, really, I mean everyone!!
|

This guy also appears to be a Spotted Classic Tabby...notice how the spots look pretty random, like a 'wild cat'? The Mackeral tabby spotting lines up more evenly in bars...go to my past kittens page and look at Teo, or go and check our Amadeus on my 'gallery' section (PD male)

Gunny is growing into a fine
little man :) |

The injured eye is still reflecting light a little differently than the other, but it is looking excellent. Look closely at these photos; you can't see the mark on his cornea anymore and he is not favoring it at all now. His third eyelid is still very slightly more prominent, but I expect that will also disappear in a little more time.

Gunther and his 9-month old friend, Chava
photo 1/7 |

He looks a little on the scraggly side now, but is losing his coat and I really think he will end up mostly hairless in the next few weeks.

Well, his eye is improving but still slowly. He is no longer favoring it heavily, and now you can see the mark left behind by the scratch. The scar tissue should heal completely in time as long as everything continues to heal as it has been so far.

I think that Gunther will be a bit smaller than his brothers, and is, at this point, more refined than Gabriel

Gunny got a scratch on his eye just the day after it opened... :( We are working with the vet and watching it very closely. I expect it to heal just fine and it is looking a little better every day...
